I received a few emails today about problems installing language packs on AriOS 2.0. People complained that while they had installed language packs for their native language they are not able to login with that language.

This is due to a bug in AriOS which is very easy to fix.

If you want to change the language open a terminal and type:

sudo apt-get install --reinstall locales localechooser-data

Then you can enable your native language by going to the Administration menu and choosing Language Support.

Click install/remove and select your preferred language. After the packages are downloaded and installed, press the “Apply System-wide” button. Now you can use AriOS in your native language.
